All our products and services are digital IPTV subscriptions. Since no physical goods are shipped, returns are not applicable.
However, we offer a limited refund policy in specific situations described below.

refunds

  • You did not receive activation credentials or your account within 24–48 hours of purchase.
  • The IPTV service could not be activated due to a technical issue from IPTViewers (not related to your device or internet).
  • Our support team could not resolve a verified technical issue within a reasonable time (up to 48 hours).

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Incorrect device setup or poor internet connection.
  • Incompatibility with third-party apps or devices.
  • Change of mind after activation or partial usage of service.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund is visible.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded (if eligible).
Discounted, promotional, or sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Since IPTV subscriptions are digital and tied to unique user accounts, we do not offer exchanges.
If you purchased the wrong plan, please contact support within 24 hours — we may assist with an upgrade or adjustment if possible.

Gifts

If you received your IPTV subscription as a gift, the refund can only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Shipping returns

As we sell digital services, no shipping or physical returns are required or accepted.
